Storyboard
A planning template capturing a proposal section's requirements, win themes, graphics, and key points before writing.
A storyboard forces the author to decide what a section must prove before prose is written — the requirements it answers, the discriminators it presents, the evidence supporting them, and the planned graphic. Storyboarding is the single most effective intervention against the common failure mode of a fluent proposal section that does not actually answer the requirement.
