Red Team Review
A review that scores a near-final proposal the way a government evaluator would.
A Red Team reads the proposal cold, against the Section M evaluation factors and the compliance matrix, and scores it. The value comes from independence — reviewers who helped write the proposal cannot see what is missing. A Red Team that produces only line edits has failed; it should produce scores, identified weaknesses, and a recommendation.
