SF-33 (Solicitation, Offer and Award)
The standard cover form for negotiated federal solicitations and the document that signs the offer.
Standard Form 33 serves as the solicitation cover page, the offeror's signed offer, and the government's award document all in one. Block 15 is where the offeror signs; failing to sign, or failing to acknowledge amendments in Block 14, can render an otherwise excellent proposal non-responsive.
