Final Proposal Revision (FPR)

The last opportunity to revise a proposal, requested after discussions close.

When discussions conclude, the contracting officer requests Final Proposal Revisions from all offerors remaining in the competitive range, with a common cutoff date. The FPR is the proposal the government evaluates for award. Revisions outside the scope of what discussions raised are risky — address the Evaluation Notices and resist the urge to rewrite.
