Deliverable

Any product, report, or service the contract requires the contractor to provide.

Deliverables are the tangible outputs a contract obligates you to produce, with defined acceptance criteria and due dates. In services contracts they are frequently documents — plans, reports, briefings — enumerated on a CDRL. Every deliverable should appear in your compliance matrix and your cost model.
