CPARS
The Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System — the government's official record of contractor performance.
CPARS holds the past-performance evaluations agencies write on contracts above defined thresholds, rating areas such as quality, schedule, cost control, management, and small-business subcontracting. Contractors may comment on a rating before it is finalized, and should: CPARS records follow a company into every future source selection and are frequently the deciding factor on past performance.
