Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
The government's plan for monitoring contractor performance against the standards in a PWS.
A QASP defines what will be measured, how it will be sampled, acceptable quality levels, and the consequences of falling short. Read it alongside the PWS during proposal development — the QASP tells you exactly which aspects of performance will generate your CPARS rating, which is a strong hint about what to emphasize.
