Wage Determination
A Department of Labor listing of minimum wages and fringe benefits for specified labor categories in a locality.
A wage determination is attached to solicitations covered by the Service Contract Act or Davis-Bacon Act and sets binding minimums by labor category and geography. Price your labor to the applicable determination, and check whether it has been revised by amendment — an outdated determination in your cost model produces a bid you cannot perform profitably.
