SAM.gov

The System for Award Management — the official U.S. government website where businesses register to do business with federal agencies.

SAM.gov (System for Award Management) is the consolidated federal registration system operated by the General Services Administration. Every entity that wants to receive federal contract awards, grants, or cooperative agreements must have an active SAM.gov registration with a valid Unique Entity ID (UEI). Registration is free and must be renewed annually. SAM.gov also hosts the publicly searchable database of federal contract opportunities (which replaced the legacy FedBizOpps in 2019).
