A subset of WOSB for firms whose owners also meet the 8(a) economic disadvantage thresholds. EDWOSB firms are eligible for set-asides in a broader range of NAICS codes and for sole-source awards.
Eligibility
- All WOSB requirements
- Each owner used to qualify must individually meet 8(a) economic disadvantage thresholds
- Owner net worth under $850,000, AGI under $400,000, total assets under $6.5M
