Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Fedprocai (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it as needed. Access is role-based and scoped to your organization.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and credits

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually at the rates shown on our pricing page. Pricing is per organization, not per seat.
Each plan includes published, finite usage limits. Free-tier RFP analyses and AI drafts are lifetime quotas that do not reset.
One-time usage credits may be purchased on paid plans and do not expire. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security or access other organizations' data, reverse engineering the Service, using it to violate applicable laws or procurement regulations, or uploading content you do not have the right to use.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload (RFPs, proposals, knowledge-library items). You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the Service to you, including sending relevant content to AI providers to generate analyses and drafts as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses AI to score opportunities and generate analyses, compliance matrices, and proposal drafts. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not suitable for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all output before relying on or submitting it. Fedprocai does not guarantee any contract award or outcome.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your content), is owned by Fedprocai and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fedprocai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
