- Pricing is a flat rate per organization, not per seat. Each plan includes a set number of users — Solo 1, Pro 5, Business 15, Enterprise 25 — at no extra per-user charge.
- What does the Free plan include?
- The Free plan gives you 1 user, opportunity discovery and scoring, 10 knowledge items, plus 1 lifetime RFP analysis and 3 lifetime AI drafts so you can feel the AI value before upgrading. These free RFP and draft counters are lifetime and do not reset.
- Do you offer annual billing?
- Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 17%: Solo is $24/mo, Pro is $49/mo, and Business is $109/mo when billed annually.
- What if I need more usage on a paid plan?
- Paid plans (Solo, Pro, Business) can buy one-time usage credits without upgrading: $10 adds 5 RFP analyses or 25 AI drafts, and credits never expire.
- Is there an unlimited plan?
- No. Every plan has published, finite ceilings — including Enterprise. Because AI inference has real costs, we keep pricing honest with clear limits and offer custom contracts for teams that need higher caps.
