Frequently asked questions
Everything you need to know about Fedprocai. Can't find an answer? Get in touch.
- How does pricing work?
- Fedprocai offers a free-forever plan (1 lifetime RFP analysis + 3 lifetime AI drafts to try) plus fixed-price monthly or annual billing (save ~17% with annual). Solo is $29/month ($24 annual), Pro is $59/month ($49 annual), and Business is $129/month ($109 annual). No per-seat charges — each plan includes a set number of users. Need more usage on a paid plan? Buy usage credits ($10 = 5 RFPs or 25 drafts). Enterprise starts from $499/month with custom contracts available.
- Is my proposal data secure?
- Yes. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Fedprocai runs on Supabase (SOC 2 Type II) with row-level security so your organization's data is completely isolated from other users. We do not use your proposal content to train AI models.
- Which AI providers does Fedprocai use?
- By default Fedprocai uses Google Gemini for parsing and drafting (generous free tier = lower cost for you). Admins can switch to OpenAI GPT-4o or Anthropic Claude Sonnet per organization. You bring your own API key — Fedprocai never marks up AI costs.
- Does Fedprocai connect directly to SAM.gov?
- Yes. Fedprocai syncs with SAM.gov's public API to retrieve federal solicitations and enrich them with NAICS descriptions, estimated values, and agency data. No manual import required.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your billing settings at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period and can be exported at any time.
- How does Fedprocai find and score federal opportunities?
- Fedprocai connects to SAM.gov and uses an 8-factor AI scoring algorithm to match opportunities against your organization's NAICS codes, certifications, keywords, contract value range, geographic regions, agency preferences, PSC codes, and knowledge library content. Each opportunity receives a 0–100 fit score with confidence level and risk flags.
- Can I export proposals to Word (DOCX)?
- Yes. On any paid plan (Solo, Pro, Business, Enterprise) you can export proposals directly to DOCX and PDF. The rich-text editor preserves formatting and version history tracks every change across drafts.
